You’ll support our team’s effort to provide a wide range of marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences, using data to optimize campaigns and support lead generation opportunities.
The opportunity
As a
Content Marketer, Supervising Associate
within the BMC function, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and consideration of our SaT business. You will support the team’s five Senior Content Marketers with directing the marketing strategy and initiatives for select SaT priorities, solutions and sectors, including working with sector/solution leaders to develop annual marketing plans, managing content and campaign development, and tracking budget.
Working closely with the Senior Content Marketers, this position will be a nexus of project management connectivity within the team, engaging with writers, media specialists, public relations officers and internal communications officers, as well as solution and sector practice colleagues, business development functions and the Americas Sector and Global SaT Marketing teams.
This role is a pivot opportunity for a marketer to grow their early career from technical to strategic marketing as they shape a brand with impactful storytelling.
Your key responsibilities
Support the Senior Content Marketers in creating solution-focused and sectorized marketing and communications campaigns.
Align with the Global SaT Marketing team to inform and activate global campaigns in the Americas.
Work closely with senior level subject matter experts to create impactful content and support the management of its distribution.
Track effectiveness of overall marketing campaigns and individual initiatives, providing measurement reports and status updates.
Engage and collaborate with team members and senior stakeholders.
Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline and measure all marketing programs.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
At least 5 to 7 years of marketing experience with B2B marketing experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of success in a large, global and highly-matrixed enterprise.
A solid understanding of the go-to-market and sales processes in a complex organization.
Strong project management skills and proficiency at effectively managing multiple complex projects.
Availability to work at an EY office (New York or Hoboken) 2-3 days per week.
