Job DescriptionThe Boise Veterans Affairs Medical Center seeks a psychiatrist to join our growing, collegial, and multi-disciplinary team. We are proud to offer an empowering and purposeful work environment.Essential Job Functions* Carry an outpatient caseload seen face to face or via telehealth; at times it may be necessary to provide care for patients at our community-based outpatient clinics, usually via telehealth; Conduct chart reviews for professional practice evaluation and other requests as assigned;* Obtain and maintain an academic appointment at the University of Washington School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences;* Supervise senior resident caseloads and participate in residency program activities as requested by the residency training program.
