Job Summary : The candidate will join our Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, integrated multispecialty group, in the established Neurosurgery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction in a collaborative environment to provide care to patients needing Neurosurgical services. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.Practice Information :Employed position with Baylor St. Luke's Medical GroupJoin established Neurosurgeon with growing practiceCollaborate with both M.A. staff and non-clinical staffSchedule: full-time Monday through Friday, minimum of 36 patient accessible hours plus 4 hours of administrative timeSalary and Benefits : Salary range is negotiable based upon experience.Competitive salaryExcellent benefitsSign on bonusCME reimbursement for new continuing education, licensure and certificationEnjoy the great outdoors! Education and Certifications Required :Applicable certificationsTexas licensed, preferredExperience : 1-3 Years’ experience preferred, but new grads will also be considered.Required Skills :Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changesSolid clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplaceCustomer service orientedPay Range
$362.75 - $396.63 /hour
