OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE neonatologist to join our practice in Norman, OK, located 20 miles south of Oklahoma City.

ResponsibilitiesGroup consists of 6 neonatologists with call from home.Coverage at Norman Regional Medical Center, a 26-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 14, and Mercy Health Center, a 43-bed Level-III NICU with an ADC of 29.Services include HFOV and jet ventilators.NNP coverage at both hospitals.Sub-specialty support includes pediatric surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Mercy, and MFM and OB-ED support at Norman.Required participation in QI and process improvement, involvement in staff development, best practice education, community outreach, and service line enhancement/growth/development/strategic planning.Patient and family centered provider with excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fellows welcome to apply.
