Salary Range:
$80,000 - $100,000 / year DOE
Project Engineer Requirements
At least 1 year of project engineering experienceMUST have worked on at least 1 full-cycle commercial / large-scale construction OR multifamily projectBasic understanding of Procore and BluebeamProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and ProjectsBachelor's degree preferredAbility to think critically, and work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and time management skillsThorough written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable working in a dog-friendly officeWillingness to travel occasionally for project visits is preferredAbility to work onsite 100% at their office in San Diego, CAProject Engineer Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day tasks and project coordination amongst contractors, suppliers, and design teamReview submittals and contract documents for completeness and complianceMaintain project schedules, track delays and ensure timely updates are providedTrack and maintain spending to ensure projects remain in-budgetReview subcontractors change orders, assist with bidding and buying processesCoordinate deliveries and lead times to ensure uninterrupted workflowProduce and maintain CPM schedules for projectsCreate scopes of work for all trades and subcontract exhibitsProject Engineer Benefits
