You’ll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.As a Principal Product Manager – Tech, you will be responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders (such as media teams) and external agencies and data providers to clearly define the current tech/data/product gaps in the marketing campaign lifecycle. You will play a key role in aligning and prioritizing cross divisional and cross regional requests – ensuring global scalability is considered while bespoke requirements are met. You will effectively build relationships and bridge consultancy for cross functional teams across media strategy and planning, marketing operations, finance, engineering, data science and business intelligence teams. As a global data management and standards lead, you will play a mix of product and program management oversight. This includes developing and managing a centralized media data management office and program that addresses 30+ countries through a federated model. Leveraging strong influencing power, deep discovery skills and paired with high judgment decisioning, you will adeptly discover ways to future proof and see around corners for a dynamic piece of business. The successful candidate is curious and nimble, deeply organized and technically detailed. They think big, and drive results with clear working backwards approaches to big, complex challenges.Key job responsibilities

Work closely with leadership and cross-functional and cross line of business teams to identify customer needs, develop and deliver innovative products and services that enable streamlined marketing planning and optimization at scale.Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to vision set marketing product and tech capabilities and scalability.Develop, implement and enforce necessary change management and process optimization solutions across data governance and automation with internal measurement and agency tech teams.Establish and manage documentation of media data dictionaries, business and technical process requirements and success criteria to power engineering, science and business intelligence teams who create best-in-class solutions for customers.Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation, anticipate and balance business needs versus technical constraints to maximize business benefit.Govern adherence to high quality data management solutions through reoccurring audits.Own centralized program reporting via reoccurring quarterly reviews to global leadership.Establish prioritization matrix for future program improvements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience technical product managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
