Disney Advertising's Data Science & Analytics team is looking to add a Data Analyst who is analytical and business-savvy. This role, which supports the Disney Advertising Sales organization within Entertainment and Sports, involves driving business strategies using data, collaborating with various teams to create and optimize audience segmentation models, and analyzing real-world campaign performances.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Leverage internal and external datasets to enable data-driven analytic capabilities in a multichannel advertising environment.Define and script analytics needs, scope projects, and create new analytics capabilities using SQL, R, Tableau, and other visualization tools for business-critical decisions.Analyze large data sets using SQL and other statistical tools to understand user behavior and create new audience segments.Balance business timelines with statistical analysis to improve decision-making and team priorities.Build reporting tools and data pipelines using SQL and Python, and communicate analysis results to business stakeholders.This role comes with the following benefits:

B.A. or B.S. degree in Math/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar quantitative field.3+ years of experience with digital products across various business models.Proficiency in SQL and large-scale relational databases.Experience with statistical programs and complex visualizations (Tableau and Looker a plus).Ability to translate quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication skills.You would benefit from having:
