Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is
seeking an Associate Director - Program Integrator (Program Management)
to support a highly visible and complex area. The successful talent will report directly to the Program Manager (PM) working primarily with a government customer on products in all facets of the product lifecycle (development, build, and test).
What You Will Do
Collaborate with the program manager while supporting contractual commitments (to include financial, technical, and schedule performance)
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with functional organizations (e.g. Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Logistics, Data Management, and administrative functions)
Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Set budgetary guidelines and direct the performance of program task elements
Operate as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Program Management Office
Ensure alignment of Risk and Opportunity Management
Travel, up to 25%, to participate in business engagement
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon’s Stages, such as gate reviews
Implement daily program management and cadences such as earned value reporting, risk and opportunity review boards, customer reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Cross Product Team (CPT) reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), and staffing reviews
Provide leadership, direction, and implementation management while working with diverse US and international teams
Support all phases of the program life cycle from proposal through implementation to closure
Travel, up to 25%, to participate in domestic and international business engagements with customers, partners, and teammates
Work closely with aircraft manufacturers, US and international government representatives, and in-country business partners
Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with the customer
Manage cost, schedule, scope, operational security and customer interface activities
Coordinate and comply with applicable Export/Import regulations as required
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
12 years of relevant experience in Program Management or a relevant discipline (such as Program Management, Program Integration, Project Management)
Experience using one or more of the following program management resources: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or similar business processes
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Experience working with proposal efforts
Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management resources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An active and in-scope Top Secret/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification
Demonstrated success presenting program status and issues to customer audiences (internal and external) in a clear, concise and decisive manner. Persuasive communication and influencing techniques
Experience supporting development and transition-to-production programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout

The salary range for this role is 158,000 USD - 316,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
