This role requires hands-on experience in digital power systems, digital control theory, and DSP firmware for high-current applications. The engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing both hardware and firmware for advanced DC-DC power conversion systems. with a strong portfolio showcasing successful power systems or module design projects across multiple topologies, from a few watts to KW+.Proficiency in circuit design software
(SPICE, Altium) with an emphasis on power electronics and PCB layout; experience with Altium is a plus.Expertise in DSP, digital control theory, and mixed-signal firmware design
for power supply applications, including control loop theory and stability optimization.Familiarity with
bench tools
(power supplies, loads, multimeters, oscilloscopes) and
high-voltage safety principles
(isolation, hi-pot testing).Analog and digital design experience
with a focus on thermal design, power architecture, and grounding, as well as transmission line effects.Strong understanding of
EMI test and control methods
(MIL-STD-461, FCC, IDE, VDE).Fluency in C/C++ , with experience developing DSP firmware and control algorithms.Strong
troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
to sequentially identify points of failure.Ability to summarize complex information
for non-technical peers and generate detailed technical reports.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated track record of
commercially released products
in consumer or industrial electronics.Full product lifecycle management experience , from concept to high-volume production.Knowledge of
battery management systems
