Let's talk about the team and you: This position will be responsible for developing solutions and support of multiple applications and provide end user support for multiple applications in multiple geographies. Core activities will include development of technical specifications, configuration of standard applications, application customization and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows. Let’s talk about Responsibilities Identify and analyze operational and business requirement and systems issues and opportunities to develop and deliver effective business solutions. Collaborate with business partners and IS peers to gather, validate and deliver products meeting business requirements. Participate all levels of testing from peer code reviews to individual unit testing, integration and user acceptance testing. Develop accurate, complete, comprehensible, and usable documentation of products and services. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system functional and technical errors including issues of overall system performance. Troubleshoot on systems and data, and generate solutions which may include systems modifications enhancements or new procedures. Report, track, and resolve application related issues with the multiple vendor support organization. Participate in customer feedback sessions on product usability and acceptance to identify opportunities to improve product functionality, features, and overall customer acceptance. Apply tools to analyze products to improve performance, responsiveness, and end-user productivity. Develop scalable, low latency, reliable and efficient interfaces that meet the business requirements. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and standards. Apply software development tools to improve product quality, reliability, availability, and maintainability. Communicate effectively orally and in written form with multiple stakeholders within and across IS teams and business counterparts. Demonstrated ability to provide solutions considering applications beyond installed footprint. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands coordination across time-zones. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to junior developers in a cross-functional organization. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Required: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience using MS SQL Server while writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, etc. 5+ years of .NET Web Services, Message Queueing. Must have working knowledge of HighJump Advantage Dashboard, Advantage Platforms. 5+ years of development experience with HighJump Applications or WMS development experience. Strong experience in developing Interfaces, API’s, Reports and Forms. Expert knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Thorough and detailed knowledge of database processing to include data extraction, transformation, and loading to different target data sources including databases and flat files. Experience with report development using SSRS. Experience working with fulfillment operations and with warehouse automation systems. Familiarity with software development best practices and quality assurance testing principles. Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with the ability to deliver simple solutions to complex requirements. Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate within all levels of organization. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:
