We're not just in the business of technology; we're in the business of connecting people, empowering them to explore, share, and engage with the world around them in ways they never thought possible.Join the team that connects people with quality experiences that give them the best value in wireless.What you'll be doing...Owning the Total Wireless Brand Roadmap, including New Value Propositions, Products and Promotions and helps drive strategic alignment across all functions (VVO Leadership, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to what is needed to execute through the organization.Understanding and empathizing with the Design Target for Total Wireless, using conceptual thinking to understand and unearth relevant pain points and insights that will drive growth for the business.Leading the VVO multifunctional teams (Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Legal, GTS, Operations) to the alignment and adherence of defined strategies.Developing strategic projects that build towards the defined Brand Road map from the creation of Strategic Decks, pre-alignment with the Brand Implementation team, works with Brand Insight and Financial team to develop Assumptions and Business Rules for business Cases for new value propositions, products and promotions.Developing and proposing new value propositions, pricing and promotion strategies for the Total Wireless brand to Brand Leadership Team.Developing and driving programs and tactics that bring the Brand strategy to life for consumers across all channels.Defining business assumptions and business rules for all proposed value propositions, pricing and promotions that are aligned to the brand's overall Strategy.Working closely with CMI and Brand Marketing teams on the development of key messages and campaigns that drive growth for the brand, including new value propositions, promotions and products.Working closely with the Brand Implementation team through the execution of programs and products.What we're looking for...You are an avid user of digital media and are up on all the latest trends. You have an eye for design and a business focus. You are creative and innovative but understand when to stay within the lines. You understand that nothing is accomplished by one person - that the best results come from a team that can bring different perspectives.You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience using digital media for marketing to target new and existing customers.Even better if you have one or more of the following:MBA.Understanding of Verizon internal systems.Strong project management skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Experience managing and influencing client relationships at the senior executive level.
