Our client, a leading independent investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for an 8+ month contract in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is hybrid with three days per week onsite.As a member of the NA Talent Acquisition team, you will be focused on supporting our internal clients by sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent who thrive in a culture of collaboration, diversity of thought, and corporate citizenship.Job Purpose (Job Summary):
In this role, you will work closely with various internal business partners to deliver high-quality candidates that fit both the job specifications and the company's culture. You will guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection process and help advance the company’s employment brand across local markets and the asset management community.Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting within the company; from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers within Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Technology, and Finance to understand and support talent acquisition needs and develop a multi-faceted recruitment strategy.Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for immediate hire and as workforce planning needs dictate.Create detailed search specifications, screening questionnaires, timelines, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.Participate in the development of ongoing creative and efficient sourcing strategies.Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, online resume databases, and in-house applicant tracking system (Workday) to recruit the best candidates.Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives as needed.Work Experience / Knowledge:
5+ years of Full Lifecycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of sourcing and recruiting for complex roles in a competitive market, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a high volume of recruiting.Comprehensive understanding of HR terminology, practices, and their application in the recruitment cycle (i.e., benefits, compensation).Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to create and maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients.Ability to implement effective recruiting strategies to attract passive talent in LinkedIn Recruiter.Pay Rate:
