Leads, coordinates, manages, and executes a wide range of IA analyses and documentation development in support of DoD certification and accreditation (C&A) activities. Telework supported at 25-30%. Travel is required.Responsibilities and DutiesManages DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts and IAVM processes across multiple programs. Facilitates the development of documentation in support of DoD RMF accreditations, performs vulnerability management activities, and oversees the creation and submission of DoD (RMF) packages. Duties include the design of, and conducting tests of designs and architectures, providing technical engineering services for the support of integrated systems and solutions, and utilizing tools and processes to monitor information systems. Support efforts may include Top Secret and Below Interoperability (TSABI)/ Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Processes, development of multiple Cross Domain Solution Appendixes (CDSAs). Understands CDSA Phase I thru CDSA Phase III Process, IT Systems Support, IA Validation Testing, Information Systems Security Engineering, DoD 5000 Series/SECNAVINST 5000 documentation is desired.Qualifications and SkillsRequired knowledge and years of experience:
Must have at least five (5) to ten (10) years of experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of system administration of platforms, including Windows, Unix, or Linux. Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence in clear and concise language and in appropriate form and style.Education Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, specializing in Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, Network Architecture and Design, or related field of study.Certifications:
DoD IAWF requirement for IAM Level III. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to federally-controlled information and/or facilities.Clearance Requirement:
Secret/Potentially TS eligible.Salary:
