per year (based on experience and education).As an Assistant Director you will:Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clientsRegularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visibleLead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientationWhat we hope you will bring to this role:Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience requiredTwo to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferredCenter Specific Requirement:Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and received COVID-19 booster and flu shot to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.Contribute to the creation of a safe, nurturing environment where children foster their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
