Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is

seeking a Program Management Office - Project Lead

to report to the Vice President executive activity within the

RVS Space Products Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

The selected individual will work closely with those that make up the Program Management Office (PMO) and leaders supporting the SSBU. The breadth of responsibility outlined for this position will provide tremendous exposure across the SSBU's day-to-day business operations and strategic direction, as well as the opportunity to demonstrate a high level of creativity, innovation, and initiative.

This is an Onsite role that can be located in Goleta, CA, Lafayette, CO, or Boulder, CO.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize key improvements for strategic objectives

Implement and lead identified improvements from beginning to end state

Execute special project for the RVS - Vice President and Leadership Team (LT)

Identify key metrics to measure and improve overall business performance

Drive internal communications and external messaging

Act as a direct channel for information and tasking among the core SSBUs

Maintain situational awareness on all SSBU priority issues and advise the LT accordingly when escalations are required

Support Raytheon-level activities across the SSBU

Through collaboration with leaders, identify core issues across the business and advise solutions

Assess and evaluate risk factors when making critical business decisions and advise leadership team

Coordinate weekly and monthly operating review packages while leading meetings with strong planning and time management

Identify areas of improvement across the organization and make recommendations to leadership team

Lead assigned programs as needed and collaborate across all functions to ensure successful management of those programs

Driving deliverables for the SSBUs meetings with LT

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a supportive role such as Project Management or Executive Program Support

Program management or project management experience in areas of business, operations, manufacturing and/or engineering

Experience leading a cross-functional project team

Expert level experience working with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and final implementation

We Are RTX

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
