This full-time exempt salaried position will lead a team of passionate subject matter experts and will steward the mission and strategic vision while also strengthening fundraising and guiding broader organizational priorities. Enhancing partnerships with regional collaboratives, agencies, tribes, philanthropic supporters, and citizens of the watershed tops the list of community engagement for this leader. A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) is a must. Most importantly, the ED will have energy and compassion and will embrace all that it means to be a part of the Long Tom Watershed.
Compensation:
Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience. Benefits include 8% automatic retirement contribution; health insurance currently covered at 75% of premium for employees (20% for dependents); and generous and flexible PTO.
