Sr. Manager, Global Partner Engagement

to lead global programs and engagement across all routes to market worldwide.

In this position, you will play a dual role as both a hands-on contributor and a coach to your team. You will be responsible for developing content and executing impactful marketing strategies that foster partner growth, increase visibility, and generate revenue for both Pure Storage and our partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and channel teams, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement with our global partner ecosystem.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

You and your team will focus on:

Global Marketing To Strategy:

Plan and optimize integrated marketing campaigns targeting our partners, including global roadshows and other partner-facing events.

Partner Communication Vehicles:

Own the strategy and drive execution of partner communications through vehicles such as digital awareness, newsletters, social media, and webinars to ensure timely and engaging updates to drive awareness and interaction with partners.

Partner Onboarding Content:

Develop and maintain partner onboarding decks and resources, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that highlights key value propositions and Pure's partner programs.

Marketing Messaging and Engaging Content:

Develop and manage partner marketing content, ensuring alignment with Pure Storage's corporate messaging and partner-centric initiatives.

Advisory Councils:

Manage partner advisory councils, organizing regular meetings to gather feedback, foster collaboration, and integrate partner input into strategic planning.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner initiatives and ensure that partner programs are executed flawlessly.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on partner engagement, social media performance, and the effectiveness of onboarding programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

10+ years experience in a Partner facing role at a B2B technology company.

Leadership experience, particularly in managing and mentoring small teams.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, and service providers.

Ability to create compelling and clear marketing materials, including decks and messaging frameworks.

Ability to build robust, integrated campaigns that market to Partners.

Strong communication and analytical skills: ability to evangelize strategic plans, make smart investments, analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Program management experience, including the development and management of program scope, budget, deliverables, timelines, etc. for multiple projects at the same time.

Strong communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas in a simple, straightforward manner.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Chicago office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $153,000 – $230,000.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
