Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is
seeking a Chief Officer to join our team!
This individual is responsible for identified business operations and behavioral health services in Fayette, Highland, Pike, Pickaway, and Ross Counties, including the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), Adult Mobile Crisis teams, and Youth Mobile Response Stabilization Services.

Job Duties
Providing clinical and administrative supervision of staff
Plans, implements, and monitors budgets.
Identifies and implements plans for service growth, develops leadership, and implements evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
Master’s degree and LPCC, LISW (or higher) licensure
Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we’ll help!)
5+ years’ experience in behavioral health
3+ years’ management experience in financial and clinical business operations
