Overview:We are seeking a Group Vice President, CRM Strategy to bring expertise in helping brands better connect with their customers through direct and addressable channels across the complete customer lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have a deep and commanding knowledge of CRM. They must understand consumer behavior and context and can develop strategic communications and enhance CRM program capabilities.
In addition to addressable/owned channels, the ideal candidate should be familiar with the addressable paid media environment and opportunities to orchestrate end-to-end consumer experiences across channels (e.g., social, search, programmatic OLA/OLV, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Drive business growth for clients through CRM and integrated customer engagement.
Define a CRM program's strategic vision and business goals to guide strategy development and execution.
Create CRM strategies and models that increase our clients’ relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content.
Understand our clients’ strategic priorities and challenges; identify and steward growth opportunities through incremental program proposals and proactive strategy recommendations.
Cultivate trusted and collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders, and regularly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Lead the use of data and analytics for decision making and measuring CRM effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from both first-party data sources and analyses as well as third-party research.
Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ category and unique business dynamics within the category.
Lead the strategy for new business pitches.
Contribute to Marketing and Demand Generation whether through writing thought leadership, supporting marketing events, speaking at industry events or other methods.
Manage, guide and mentor junior and mid-level strategists and ensure that teams are motivated by identifying opportunities to expand and grow.
Qualifications:
As a guide, 15+ years of demonstrated excellence in CRM, direct marketing or customer engagement strategy within consulting or agency environments.
Solid business intuition, a collaborative spirit, and experience in driving growth for clients through CRM capabilities.
A proven leader and relationship builder who can provide both an authoritative presence and confident presentation style with executive-level clients.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that deliver on business KPIs / outcomes, sets vision and drives transformational change with the client in complex business and marketing environments.
Deep experience with all addressable/owned channels and programs including email, push, SMS, web, direct mail and integrating with media and social teams.
Experience working with Marketing, Product, Data & Analytics teams along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon, etc.
Strong analytical and data-driven background with experience leading cross-functional, dynamic teams to analyze and optimize marketing programs.
Skilled with insight development from primary and secondary research as well as online communities, ethnography, traditional and web-based focus groups, social media monitoring, digital audits and digital behavioral data, and online/offline media measurement tools.

Compensation Range: $176,000 - $250,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
