They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and organized. The Product Operations Lead provides input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations for store hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. They also oversee and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor.Core Responsibilities of the JobCollaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure execution of product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).Engage team members in inventory management by creating a productive atmosphere.Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability.Review and interpret daily business data to inform actions and provide recommendations to store leadership.Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.Support team member performance and development through feedback and coaching.Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.Lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world-class guest experience.Job RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.Must have reliable transportation to assigned store.Schedule/AvailabilityThe work schedule can vary based on store needs.Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.During peak times or special events, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights.Experience1 year of work experience.Experience with inventory management or related areas preferred.Experience in leading, mentoring, or process implementation.Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.Experience in retail, sales, or warehouse operations.For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only:

$22.00 - $25.30/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.Total Target Base Pay Range:
