As an
AI Prompt Engineer , you will play a crucial role in developing and refining prompts to optimize the performance of AI models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement prompts that enhance user experience and improve AI model outputs. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and develop prompts to optimize AI model performance and user interaction Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to refine prompt strategies Conduct experiments to assess the effectiveness of different prompts and iterate based on results Analyze and interpret data to improve prompt efficacy and model performance Document prompt designs and maintain a library of effective prompts Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical consulting role Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Excellent problem-solving skills Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment NOTE: Due to Federal client requirements, only US Citizens can be considered, and candidates cannot have dual citizenship. Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance.
