The Private Bank is part of the Global Wealth and Investment Management unit of Bank of America, N.A., which is a global leader in wealth management, private banking and retail brokerage.The Private Bank’s Family Office (“PBFO”) provides specialized services within Bank of America Private Bank to advise and support our wealthiest multi-generational clients, addressing the intricacies of wealth management and stewardship. Understanding that substantial wealth often gives rise to special challenges and opportunities, we serve as a trusted and knowledgeable partner who can provide advice and act effectively on behalf of our clients.Job Description:Leveraging the Private Bank’s industry leading solutions, the Family Office Strategist (“FO Strategist”) works with Private Client Advisors (“Advisors”) and Client Teams to lead clients through comprehensive discussions and education on Family Office solutions and services. Results are accomplished through a consultative sales approach in offering family office solutions to both prospective and existing Private Bank clients. FO Strategist must be able to understand complex family structures and family office dynamics to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offering to Advisors, clients and other client representatives. The FO Strategist is focused on engaging with our wealthiest, most complex clients and help to deliver holistic Bank of America integrated solutions and services in collaboration with Advisors as well as our institutional banking partners. The FO Strategist will be responsible for growing and driving market share, promoting brand awareness and ongoing strategic direction of Family Office solutions.FO Strategist Responsibilities:Raise awareness on the importance Family Office solutions to appropriate client segments and aid in client acquisition and retention efforts.Partner with Advisors to customize wealth management strategies specifically tailored to Family Offices by drawing from the Private Bank’s comprehensive offering of investments, credit and cash management.Proactively identify and continuously pursue Family Office opportunities through in-depth client and prospect business reviews with Advisors, focused on our UHNW client segment.Leverage Bank of America thought leadership, digital capabilities, planning tools and resources.Lead meetings and presentations with Advisors, clients and prospects on Family Office solutions and educate on Family Office structures and governance.Drive connectivity to our broader enterprise including Global Banking teams and Global Markets to deliver more institutional-like capabilities and solutions.FO Strategist Qualifications:7+ years of Family Office or Wealth Management related work experience and/or experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.Proven track record of successful sales experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.Deep understanding of investment, credit and cash management solutions for complex families.Ability to translate and communicate complex concepts and strategies to varied audiences (clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, internal partners).Strong communication and influence/collaboration skill including active listening and discovery abilities.Self-starter with ability to work under pressure with minimal hands-on direction.Work effectively in a team environment.Builds rapport with clients and internal partners that helps drive trusted relationships.Applies operational excellence.Growth mindset.Minimum Education Requirement:

40Pay Transparency details:Pay range: $209,000.00 - $334,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
