VTC Manager
is the team lead for the onsite VTC technician and VTC administrator.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the operation, maintenance, and if applicable, the repair of VTC equipment.Create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction within the SSP community.The VTC manager will work with the VTC Engineer to recommend enhancements and propose/test automation to decrease costs and improve customer service.Research current market technology to address AV/VTC issues and inform/advise the SSP CIO office.Prepare and brief on specific projects/findings as required.Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsAssociate degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution5+ years of professional experience2+ years of managerial experienceIT Certifications: CompTIA Certification A+, Network+ or Security+ Cisco/Tandberg technician trainingSecret clearanceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Audio-Visual TechnologyKnowledge of Automation and EnhancementKnowledge of Technical ProficiencyKnowledge of Research SkillsKnowledge of Analytical Skills
