Additionally, we provide top-tier consulting and training for brands and businesses. We are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Director, Global Total Rewards and People Solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy on a global scale. You will oversee a team responsible for design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, recognition, HR systems, people analytics, and payroll. As the HR Director, Global Total Rewards and People Solutions, you will take a forward-thinking approach to develop innovative programs that ensure NSF’s total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives and values. This is a senior-level role reporting directly to the VP and CPO.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the global total rewards strategy ensuring alignment with NSF’s business goals and talent management strategy.
Design and oversee the development of compensation structures and incentive plans that are competitive with market trends and best practices. Ensure these programs are equitable and cost-effective, aligning with the company's vision.
Establish and maintain a global governance framework for compensation and benefits ensuring total rewards policies and practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across regions and countries.
Conduct regular market analyses to benchmark company compensation against industry standards and trends. Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development to a global team of HR professionals.
Leverage HR technology and systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with HR business partners, talent acquisition, finance, and other stakeholders to align compensation initiatives with broader global organizational strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Total Rewards specifically compensation and benefits roles with progression growth.
Experience with change initiatives, process improvement, and/or simplification initiatives.
Solid understanding of HR processes, data management, and their impact on HR systems.
Proven experience designing and executing global total rewards strategies through HRBP, leaders, and teams to achieve business objectives.
Demonstrated understanding of how to evaluate, design, implement, and administer health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, accommodations, worker compensation, and wellness programs through the U.S. and globally.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills and deep ability to understand what motivates others.
Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions.
Proven track record of developing, managing, and evaluating various components of incentive plans.
Capability to translate organizational needs into strategies and solutions for the business.
Collaborative with a global mindset, engages with stakeholders across programs and geographies to achieve business results.
Outstanding leadership skills.
