What You'll Do Here:
Manage and oversee day to day operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Chewy) for all of MindgruveMacarta’s clients.
Work closely with the brand management team on client needs, catalog management, inventory management, case support and any ad hoc projects that come up.
Manage listing and product creation for thousands of SKUs and have an immense attention to detail to be able to catch errors before upload.
Track, manage and ensure accuracy for all retail and marketplace operations for clients.
Deliver strategic inventory recommendations for clients.
Manage and oversee shipment creation and inventory planning.
Effectively troubleshoot issues with case support across Amazon, Walmart & other marketplaces.
Have a clear understanding of vendor negotiations and help support brand managers and clients on those negotiations & Joint Business Plans across retailers.
Work cross functionally with internal teams to set priorities and timelines for operational support.
Build and Manage a high performing and efficient team around retail operations & proactively create SOPs to streamline training and processes.
Work with clients and brand managers to drive profitability analyses across our clients’ portfolios and help support strategic recommendations for product segmentations.
Proactively learn other marketplaces & how they operate to effectively train internal teams and stakeholders.
Proactively find catalog and listing issues & opportunities to troubleshoot.
Be a positive resource and mentor to the team and provide ongoing training and support to junior level employees.
We Need a Person With:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce & Amazon.
A clear understanding of retail and marketplace platforms and functions on Amazon and Walmart with extensive experience in Vendor and Seller Central.
Comfortable with large and complex catalogs and business models.
Advanced in Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
4-5 years of Inventory & supply chain management with experience managing and guiding effective and strategic recommendations.
Agency experience preferred.
Compensation:
Salary: $120,000-$150,000
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance; a flexible spending account; voluntary life and accident plans; and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with an additional office in Denver, Colorado. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our offices; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
