The company is committed to high-performance, energy-efficient technologies and seeks a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead R&D strategy, align technical roadmaps, and drive cross-functional initiatives.Role Overview:The CTO will oversee the end-to-end technology strategy, from concept to production, ensuring technical alignment with evolving market demands. This role will shape the company’s vision for the future of semiconductors, overseeing R&D and collaborating closely with executive leadership to define, implement, and optimize cutting-edge technologies across product lines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D roadmap for emerging semiconductor technologies, including advanced materials, process technology, and next-generation power solutions.Lead cross-functional engineering teams to innovate in high-speed data processing, power efficiency, and system integration.Establish technical partnerships with Tier 1 OEMs, academic institutions, and industry consortia, positioning the company as a market leader in advanced semiconductor solutions.Provide technical guidance for product lifecycle management, from design and prototyping to production ramp-up, focusing on cost, reliability, and manufacturability.Oversee intellectual property strategy, optimizing patent portfolios to protect competitive advantage in high-growth areas.Qualifications:Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.15+ years in technical leadership roles within the semiconductor industry, with a proven track record in R&D innovation, scaling, and commercialization.Deep technical expertise in analog/mixed-signal IC design, power electronics, or wireless communications.Strategic and hands-on experience with product development in collaboration with global OEMs.Preferred Skills:Expertise in IP strategy, innovation management, and alignment of technology with evolving industry standards.Proven leadership in cross-functional program management and building high-performing R&D teams.Knowledge of semiconductor process technologies (e.g., FinFET, SOI, or GaN).This opportunity is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about transforming semiconductor technology and advancing innovations in a collaborative, high-stakes environment.
