(including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Do you like working with parents and families? Then TFI Family Services has the job for you! We are looking for a full-time Parent Partner with our KS Permanency Case Management Team! All you need is a high school diploma, or equivalent. Parent Partners must have experience as a parent or family member who has been involved in the Child Welfare system. In order to be considered for this position, the Parent Partner’s case must be closed, and he/she must be maintaining family stability. We will teach you the rest! A Day in The Life as a Parent Partner As a Parent Partner, you will work directly with parents/caregivers who are working to gain reintegration of their children back into their custody and their home. Parent Partners will meet with the parents/caregivers in their homes to help teach parenting skills, offer support and assistance on completing case plan tasks, and to connect them to community resources. Parent Partners work in collaboration with Permanency Case Teams in assisting families meet their case plan goals.
