If you're passionate about consumer products, e-commerce, and high-growth start-ups, keep reading!Job Summary:Ruggable is seeking a seasoned VP of Acquisition to lead a top tier team of growth marketers to drive the business to achieve its revenue ambitions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing large media budgets across online and offline paid media channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to acquire new customers while maintaining marketing efficiencies.This role reports into the SVP of Marketing. As part of the extended leadership team, you will partner and collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Insights, Brand, and Creative to develop and lead initiatives.What You’ll Do:Drive topline revenue growth for the DTC business through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies via paid media channelsOwn key department objectives and develop initiatives for new customer growth, LTV:CAC, and channel expansions while focusing on marketing efficiencyOversee, plan, and execute campaigns for digital channels (Social, Search, Affiliate, Display) as well as traditional channels (Video, Audio, OOH, Direct Mail)Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns; test, measure, and learn continuouslyWork closely with Growth Analyst to determine channel budget allocations; partner with FP&A and Marketing Insights to drive financial forecastingCollaborate closely with Integrated Marketing, Creative, CRM, Ecommerce, and Insights on all new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaignsMentor and develop an agile, collaborative, and high performing growth marketing teamManage vendor and partner relationships to identify areas of opportunity and growthIdentify opportunities with new channels, platforms, and tools by staying on the forefront of industry trendsWhat You’ll Need to Have:Required:DTC subscription and traditional ecommerce experience3+ years of leading as Head of Growth for a digitally native business with annual sales $200M+Direct, hands-on experience with media buying on Meta and/or GoogleWorking knowledge of offline marketing specifically as it relates to TV/OTT and AudioExperience leading high performing growth marketing teams of 5+ peopleManaged diverse media budgets of $100M+Must be data driven and proficient in aggregating data across multiple sourcesComfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment with an ability to pivot and bring teams togetherPreferred:Experience with marketplaces and/or retail mediaExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)Experience with CRM, specifically email marketing and SMSComfortable pulling and analyzing data from GA4, Heap, and LookerCDP activationCompensation:$225,000 - $260,000 per year base salaryAn annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of roleEmployer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K planAt Ruggable, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
