We focus on building and delivering delightful UX for all key user personas (Buyer, Admin, End user, and Developers).As Senior Principal Product Manager in Global Experiences Platform, you will have a director-level role on the Atlassian platform team as an individual contributor with substantial input on both strategy and execution. We are transforming Atlassian's product suite into a collaborative work management solution for every team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product for Global Experiences, you will focus on creating a platform for delivering world-class user experience that will appeal to any team in an organization for their work management needs. You will operate as an expert with deep experience working with executive leaders and an ability to immediately contribute to complex, high-impact projects. You will engage as the subject matter expert with strategic customers. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of work by extending Atlassian's capabilities beyond its traditional market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop product strategy across multiple large teams on a multi-year time horizon considering technical execution, GTM tactics, and business upside.Understand building platforms to deliver delightful user experiences and drive adoption of the platform across an organization.Prioritize for the fastest path to high impact, balancing the needs of our users with those of the business, and clearly communicate the rationale behind your decisions.Partner with research, data science, and design to deeply understand where the user experience is not currently meeting the bar.Ensure Jira is integrated into Atlassian's overall system of work and overarching product portfolio.Set the bar for "what good looks like" within the Global Experience team.On your first day, we'll expect you have:Strong recent experience in building platforms, preferably UI platforms.Experience developing a multi-year strategy and roadmap, gaining buy-in from executive leadership, and rallying a cross-functional team.Experience evaluating packaging for capabilities to drive business outcomes.True customer obsession - you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems.A track record of building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels of the organization, whether it's your team, peers, or executives.Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities.A track record in using research and analyzing trends in data to show customer impact.Typically, product managers at this level at Atlassian have:10+ years of product management experience.Computer science or a related technical degree.Atlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family, and to help you engage with your local community. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $221,500 - $295,400Zone B: $199,400 - $265,800Zone C: $183,900 - $245,200This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
