As General Manager of Suites, you will be responsible for leading your team members in executing The Levy Difference regarding our suites/premium services. From hiring, training, and developing team members and managers, to ensuring that all costs are met and quality show standards are maintained at all times, you will be representing Levy and communicating our philosophies and culture to all that you come in contact with.Detailed Responsibilities
Supports all company initiativesExecutes show quality standards at all timesMaintains positive relationships with guests and obtains regular feedbackHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures all security, safety and sanitation standards are metEnsures operations comply with brand clarity statement while working the locationHas excellent brand-specific culinary, wine and beverage knowledgeEffectively uses Purchasing and all financial control systemsControls cost areas to assist the unit in meeting financial goalsKnows all financial areas and statementsManages team to build top-line salesAchieves assigned delegated budget goalsMeets daily sales and cost goalsEffectively uses all team training and development toolsHires management and hourly team who can deliver Levy operating standards and philosophiesEnsures that all team members adhere to guidelines as stated in Levy manualsPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsUses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team membersConducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersInterviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelinesDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersOther duties, as assignedJob Requirements
5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational positionBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferredHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsCurious about Life at Levy?
