IT Helpdesk and Collaboration Specialist
based in our Renton, WA office.How you will have an impact at TPGThe primary role of the IT Helpdesk and Collaboration Specialist is to provide technical support for the company’s collaboration platforms, like SharePoint and Teams. This individual will also handle IT helpdesk tasks, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall success.What a typical day in this role looks like:Administer, maintain, and support company collaboration systems like SharePoint and Office365Provide first-level helpdesk support, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issuesManage user access, permissions, and troubleshoot collaboration platform issuesSupport IT governance and compliance within collaboration platformsAssist with user training on IT systems and develop documentation for common tasksPerform routine IT system maintenance and assist with IT projects and new initiativesKey detailsLocation: Southport Office in Renton, WA; primarily in-office with hybrid remote opportunities (1-2 days/week). Open to considering Portland, OR office location.Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri; some evening or weekend hours requiredSalary Range: $28.85 – 33.65 hourly, non-exempt (DOE)Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.Travel: Minimal overnight travel as business needs may require (such as visiting other office locations)What you’ll bring to the tableA bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.Technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
