Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare landscape.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Business Development - Life Sciences and Medical Devices to lead our growth initiatives within the life sciences and medical device sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in selling software solutions to life sciences organizations and medical device companies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of claims and electronic health record (EHR) data, enabling them to drive our business development efforts and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the life sciences and medical device market.Identify and engage with prospective clients, leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand their needs and present tailored software solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in life sciences organizations and medical device companies.Own the entire sales process from end to end from lead generation to execution and ongoing support of the account.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of our value proposition.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Lead negotiations and close deals that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.Represent OMNY Health at industry conferences and events to promote our brand and solutions.Qualifications:5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically selling software solutions in to the life sciences and medical devices sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong understanding of claims and EHR data, with the ability to communicate its value to clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
