Location : Minneapolis, MN
Salary : $125k - $175k base, DOE

About Company / Opportunity : We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our growing Development team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead the entitlement, land acquisition, and development teams in identifying, securing, and developing high-quality, lucrative assets.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in land acquisition, entitlements, development, and HOA.
Forge and maintain a network of valued, reputable industry partners in land sale, development, and acquisition.
Identify and acquire raw land, completed lots, and other development opportunities.
Financial oversight, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for your Division.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience in real estate, at least 5 of which have been in a leadership capacity. Related experience in commercial or residential construction or development.
Proficient in budget management, reporting, and overall financial management.
Goal-oriented, highly driven individuals need apply.
