Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement 11/06/2024 including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.Time in grade:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-13 grade level for consideration for the GS-14 grade level). You must include an SF-50 (you may need to submit more than one) that supports meeting this requirement with your application package.Specialized Experience for the GS-14 level:
At least one full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience that demonstrates expertise in the following:Providing oversight regarding human resource policy development and implementation of human resource initiatives.Developing and reviewing human resource policy development and/or implementation of human resource program initiatives.Reviewing, analyzing data, identifying agency trends and discussing with higher level management officials on topics related to human resource policy and guidance and the results of implementation of human resource policies.Developing, monitoring and reporting for Agency training and development.For more information on the qualifications for this position, click
