CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.Summary:We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support the Surface Transportation Board (STB or Board). The scope of this contract is to provide IT services that will support the Board's efforts to provide IT support to users and complete its IT Modernization efforts.

Responsibilities:Identify and determine equipment, software and process/procedural solutions to problems.Manage the list of approved software and version upgrades for the Board.Oversee the Board's ticket management system and ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner, escalating tickets to the Operations Team Lead and project managers when necessary.Effectively manage relationships and engagements with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and gather requirements and coordinate with project managers and the Operations Team lead to see projects through completion.Support Project Managers by tracking and reporting on project status for assigned projects.Provide support in the design, testing, training, maintenance, and initial implementation of IT solutions as needed.Create training materials and conduct training classes as needed.

Qualifications:Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Able to obtain an interim and/or final Public Trust security clearance prior to entrance on duty AND must be able to maintain the required level of clearance while employed in the subject position.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Relevant certifications.The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.Pay and Benefits:At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
