Good knowledge on Salesforce Service, PRM and Sales cloud, SFA & Data Migration testing.Good knowledge on Organization Administration, Customization, Data loader, Reports, Dash Boards, Workflow & Approvals.Strong knowledge/exposure to Salesforce.com Standard Objects and custom objects.Strong knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies. Well conversant with traditional, CI/CD and Agile methodologies.Good knowledge on the API testing using web services.Good to have - knowledge on Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, App Exchange Package & Custom Application, Sandbox data loading.Good hands-on knowledge in Sales and Services modules, Data loader, Regression testing, Impact analysis, Assignment rules, Case routing rules, SLA etc.
