You will work within a dynamic global Legal team and report to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Employment, Privacy & Litigation. This position will be based in Santa Clara, CA.

What You Can ExpectMarvell’s Employment, Privacy, and Litigation Team is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to support Marvell’s expanding data privacy and protection program. In this role, you will help Marvell build and scale its privacy program to meet regulatory requirements, translate Marvell’s privacy strategy into actionable processes, and implement policies, procedures, and governance to protect the personal data and confidential information processed by Marvell. You will manage operational and technical projects and workstreams, design mechanisms that meet regulatory requirements, and identify process improvements that mitigate data-related risks. You will have an opportunity to work with global stakeholders such as IT, Cybersecurity, AI, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales, and business teams. You will work on emerging issues, such as AI related regulations and governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and global locations to develop and implement data privacy and legal requirements into Marvell systems and processes.

Create detailed program and project plans, from project inception/requirements gathering to deployment.

Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams’ parallel priorities.

Proactively drive development of privacy infrastructure, controls, and automation to help Marvell achieve privacy excellence.

Develop, enhance, and maintain data privacy and protection related policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Collaborative work with global and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects to completion.

Respond to data subject requests and develop solutions to scale and automate response procedures.

Advocate for internal privacy principles and identify creative ways to embed privacy concepts into operations.

Monitor current privacy trends, activities, and legislation.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of demonstrated program management experience and a proven track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs.

Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) or other equivalent certification

preferred .

Experience managing projects for a technology company

preferred .

Demonstrated experience executing and driving projects and workstreams to conclusion.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of data privacy regulations and issues across the data lifecycle, inclusive of personal and corporate data protection.

Knowledge and ability to apply program management principles, practices, theories and process development methods and use of problem-solving approaches to solve complex problems.

Familiarity with privacy concepts and global privacy laws & regulations, including CCPA, GDPR, and PIPL.

Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels within the organization-championing privacy while balancing business objectives.

Experience drafting, enhancing and rolling out global corporate policies.

Strong technical acumen, being able to quickly understand technical details associated with privacy solutions.

Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to motivate in a cross-functional organization.

Able to see the “big picture”-the end-to-end connection points across privacy, data, and systems.

Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach situations.

A 'can do' spirit combined with high energy and a positive attitude.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)96,390 - 144,400, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
