Supermicro is looking for a talented Sr. HRIS Manager in our Human Resources department to maintain and oversee the SuccessFactors implementations. This role is expected to have solid understanding in HR operation and translate the methodology into system implementations – ensuring the final product is user-friendly by the HR team and business stakeholders. This candidate must have strong program management skills and will be responsible for budgeting hours with our partners and controlling the schedule to ensure timely implementations. This role will report to the head of HR and will be based in the headquarters located in San Jose, CA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Job included but not limited to: Project Management – drive system implementation project, monitor closely on the progress to ensure the project is complete in timely and high-quality fashion. Assist and advise team members with report generation. Plan new module implementation, coordinate and collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams to ensure the project. Serve as a trusted advisor – build a strong relationship with internal teams, business stakeholders, and consultants to develop a clear understanding of operational needs. Respond with a high level of agility to address changes based on operational needs. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, business administration, human resources or a related field is preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience managing SuccessFactors implementation. Solid project management skills – proven record of successfully leading system implementation from beginning to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to resolve complex issues with a high level of ambiguity. Superb soft skills – ability to navigate in a large organization from cold outreach to building professional partnerships. EEO Statement

$172,000 - $191,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
