We’re seeking a future team member for the role of

Senior Transition Project Manager

to join our Buy Side Trading Solutions team. This role is located in Boston, MA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Scope, plan and manage projects end-to-end in support of institutional client portfolio transitions.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with transition clients, investment managers, BNY’s trading and analytics teams, and custodians to deliver customer success.

Design and manage project plans, and present the plans to transition clients.

Prepare and maintain client onboarding and reporting documentation.

Provide ongoing oversight and monitoring of active transitions through reporting, issue tracking, and escalation of issues.

Work with the Quant Modeling and Analytics team to deliver pre- and post-transition reports.

Ensure client satisfaction with the highest standard of care and responsiveness.

Inform Product Management of key gaps and help prioritize the roadmap based on client needs.

To be successful in this role, we seek the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.

FINRA Licenses 7 and 63 required.

8+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Strong understanding of US and global capital markets and financial instruments.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive initiatives forward.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools.

Strong time management and prioritization skills, including the ability to work across multiple workstreams with short lead times in a fast-paced environment.

Strong influencing skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback.

Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Team-player mentality, attention to detail, and appetite to learn.
