Computer Vision AI Software Developer, LeadKey Role:
Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with software development, implementation, design, and code review, including developing technical solutions in Python, TypeScript, C#, Java, or C++
4+ years of experience leading Agile teams in software and AI projects
Experience with data streaming technologies and architecture, including Apache NiFi, Spark, or Kafka
Experience with modern software design patterns, including micro-service design, and containerized orchestration in Kubernetes
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of designing solutions on cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Ability to coordinate systems engineering meetings, review software architectures, and design for compliance
Ability to provide risk assessments and lead multi-organization meetings
Doctorate degree in CS or Statistics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD).
