Position Overview

International is looking for an

IT Solution Architect

to join our cutting-edge digital development. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solution Architect to oversee and innovate our sales, marketing, pricing, invoicing, and order management systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of these critical business functions. International is on a mission to redefine transportation. This is a hybrid position based in our Lisle, Illinois Corporate Headquarters.

Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect, you will analyze business requirements, design and implement tailored technology solutions, and ensure development aligns with the organization's overall strategy and IT landscape. Solutions include projects, systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services.Key activities:

Architectural Leadership:

Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure solutions for sales, marketing, pricing, invoicing, and order management systems.System Integration:

Ensure seamless integration between various systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.Innovation and Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance and business processes.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and finance, to align system capabilities with business objectives. Serve as a consultant on a wide range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive specific business outcomes.Project Management:

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.Compliance and Security:

Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations, and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data.Documentation and Training:

Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to stakeholders to ensure effective use and maintenance of systems.

Minimum Requirements

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in system integration, cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Sound understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends.Leadership Skills:
