Responsibilities: Creating and executing a detailed and comprehensive business development, marketing and sales strategy and overseeing these areas of the company’s operations. Developing a database of key market segments, business leads and potential borrowers. Developing a database of potential referral sources, including commercial real estate brokers, investors, bankers, mortgage brokers, private money lenders, and alike. Personally marketing CRE Loan products to borrowers and referral sources. The ability to market CRE Loan as a premier commercial finance advisory firm. Education and Experience: CRE Loan is seeking candidates with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. A master's degree in business administration, real estate, or equivalent is preferred. Individuals who have a bachelor’s degree from a tier 1 university along with 5-10 years of related real estate or finance experience will also be considered.
