We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Head of Operations to lead and elevate the performance of our stores.

Position Overview:The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our 19 retail stores. This individual must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with a passion for driving performance and operational efficiency. You will be expected to bring fresh ideas to improve systems and the operations of the company. You will work closely with store managers to ensure that all locations meet sales targets, operational goals, and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive store performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize results.

Develop and execute operational plans that align with company goals to ensure consistent store performance and growth.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, train, and mentor store managers and staff to ensure they are aligned with company standards and objectives.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive improvements.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee inventory management, shrink reduction, and operational processes to maximize profitability and reduce costs.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores.

Store Support:

Serve as the main point of contact between the corporate team and the retail stores.

Provide strategic support to store managers in merchandising, staffing, and daily operations.

Entrepreneurial Drive:

Innovate new operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure promotions are executed effectively and drive in-store traffic.

Problem-Solving:

Address operational challenges with a proactive and analytical approach.

Resolve any store-level issues swiftly and effectively, while maintaining the highest level of service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving retail performance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive and motivate a team.

Ability to travel frequently to store locations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
