About the Role:
Play a pivotal role in maturing our financial and operational processes to accelerate revenue growth. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
FBOS Partner to Data teams:
Develop and enhance business insight capabilities by supporting our Data team, including Data Platform and Analytics Engineering. Lead the end-to-end process of data management and revenue reconciliation such that all data flowing into financial systems is accurate and reliable.
Partnership Operations:
Oversee financial operations of partnerships, including three-way reconciliation and data management, to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.
New Product Introduction:
Create standards and guidelines that products must follow when introducing new products so that the pathways of data and dollars are connected and provide the insights we need to recognize revenue and grow these products.
IPO Readiness:
Establish and refine the processes and functions necessary for a successful IPO, including cataloging and documenting product and business metrics.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, such as transitioning business models, new market entry, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
Here’s what we're looking for:
Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategic finance, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Data Management and Analysis Expertise: Strong background in data management, analysis, and developing business insights. Experience in implementing end-to-end data and revenue management processes.
Leadership Skills: Excellent people management skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong track record of impactful management and a high employee satisfaction rate.
Financial Acumen: Extensive experience in revenue management, financial modeling, and corporate finance, including preparing for an IPO.
SaaS and Product-Led Growth: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including both self-serve and sales-led channels. Experience in leading product-led growth initiatives, especially in new product markets.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply systems thinking to complex business problems and develop actionable strategies.
