What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Serve as the lead reviewer for NEPA projects, ensuring adequate information for compliance- Interact with applicants and agency staff to provide guidance on NEPA compliance- Manage the preparation and review of NEPA documents, including Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments- Act as the project manager for energy projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws- Communicate effectively with clients, applicants, stakeholders, and agency staff
What is Required (Qualifications):- Bachelor’s Degree in natural or physical science, public policy, economics, environmental management, or related subjects- 12+ years of professional experience preparing and/or reviewing documents in compliance with NEPA and associated regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Project management experience- Experience developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets- Experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders- Familiarity with energy projects
