Lead customer level strategy for Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB), collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.Spearhead joint business planning strategy across business units, driving long-term sustainable growth with strategic retail partners.Oversee pricing and promotion strategies, in collaboration with Net Revenue Management, while continuously monitoring and benchmarking the marketplace.Accelerate omnichannel growth by advancing Retail Media strategies, enhancing Shopper Marketing execution, and optimizing digital shelf management.Provide key insights and strategic input for rolling forecasts, annual business plans (KPIs), monthly business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives.Lead planning for HCB monthly, quarterly, and annual business meetings.Design and implement tools to monitor, benchmark, and achieve key retail KPIs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the West Region by staying up-to-date on industry developments and sharing relevant learnings and opportunities.
