hours a week), onsite throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.Duration:
January 27 - May 2, 2025WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:We are seeking a highly motivated IT Engineering intern/co-op to join our team. In this role –Design and develop automation software in python or other equivalent scripting language.
Install/Configure/Support Linux OS and data infrastructure.
Create web service/front-end for data analysis/workflows.
Manage and Configure IBM Load Share Facility clusters in a global environment.
Automate, script and enhance IT workflows through DevOps practices by applying AI algorithms to optimize compute environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Demonstrable experience in basic web development or scripting.
Basic experience working on Linux or other Unix flavors.
Experience in common AI algorithms and tools.
Knowledge in statistical analysis and data analytics.
Basic proficiency in written communication and documentation.
Collaborative with a “can do” mindset.
At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
