IT Field Operations Manager
to support the Digital Solution, Inc. program. Primary ownership of a service portfolio that delivers IT Support and consultation to various U.S. Government officials and their offices/staff. Manage a team of 5 to 10 experienced individuals who provide consultation to customers for a variety of technical requests and problems, including but not limited to: various technology needs to meet business objectives; security policy implementation and compliance; equipment requirements and planning for staff in multiple locations; equipment lifecycle planning and refresh; disaster planning, data loss prevention, and data recovery; information access planning and information sharing practices; security planning and preparations for devices during international travel; and integration support. Please Note:
This is primarily an on-site / work from the office assignment. Work location are the Leidos offices in Southwest Washington, D.C. The Challenge: Manage a team of 5 to 10 experienced individuals who provide consultation to customers for a variety of technical requests and programs Manage processes or projects that the team performs as required by the customer Provide input during operational planning for implementation of new products or processes that align to organizational strategies Develop key performance objectives to achieve successful outcomes for customer stakeholders and to satisfy contractual requirements. Develop performance measures/metrics that define team performance (key performance indicators) Track and manage team performance Other duties as assigned What Sets You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in related field with eight plus (8+) relevant experience, may consider more years of experience in lieu of degree. A solid background / firm understanding of end user computing technologies (Windows PC, Apple, Mobile, Active Directory, Account & access management) and the ability to teach / transfer knowledge to entry level staff Experience teaching and consulting new technology support professionals and guiding them Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to support occasional after hours/weekend projects or critical support functions. Strong communication skills Experience directly interfacing with stakeholders and different levels of customer org chart Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance You Might also have: Five plus (5+) years’ experience supporting customer needs on Capitol Hill and advising them on technology related matters Three plus (3+) years’ managing or leading as a manager or team lead We take care of our employees.

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
