In a world where consumer behaviors are changing and privacy and identity are taking on a new meaning, we want to help businesses find their superpowers and do it while putting their end users, the people, first.About the rolePersona is looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join the Customer Insights team within our Post Sales department. If you have experience building and maintaining dashboards, drawing insights from data, and are looking for a true full-stack data analytics position, this role would be a great fit for you!In your day-to-day, you will develop, build, and maintain data analytics tools that will be used by both internal and external stakeholders. You will generate analyses and end-user reports that go directly in front of our customers. Apart from interacting with our Customer Success stakeholders, you will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to make data tools used across the company. This role is crucial in helping shape the future of Persona's data-driven customer approach.What you'll doBuild and maintain data dashboards and reports that support the customer success and sales teams to enable retention and revenue growth of our customers.Partner cross-functionally to create actionable reports for our customer’s most complex and novel implementations of Persona.Uncover and communicate analytic insights to both internal and external stakeholders to support our customer’s experience with Persona.Respond promptly to our customers’ needs — for example, providing data for a compliance audit, answering a question of what happened in the past, or providing a full “what if” analysis to support a proposed change in Persona settings.Develop tools to empower scalable data access across Persona.Codify metrics, create data definitions, and deliver reporting on new Persona products.What you'll bring to Persona3+ years of hands-on analytical experience within a consulting, data analytics, or data science role at a B2B SaaS companyStrong fluency using data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, R, Python libraries, or any other BI tool.Proficiency in SQL with hands-on exposure to creating complex queries across multiple database schemas.Passion for drawing actionable insights from data.Exceptional problem solving skills and logical thinkingAttention to detail with a focus on data quality and integrityInquisitive nature, thirst for knowledge and desire to be “in the weeds”Understanding of statistic techniques to structure analyses and provide insights (e.g. statistical tests, AB testing)Strong written and verbal communication skillsBonus pointsBackground in Fraud Detection and/or Identity VerificationExperience in a customer facing role, working with a wide-variety of stakeholders.Strong desire to understand and stay ahead of industry trends and new ways of leveraging data to show value to customers.Compensation & EquityFor this role, the estimated base salary range is between $80,000 - $130,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
