Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a strategic leader to join USANA’s IT department as an Executive Director of Business Intelligence. In this position, you will be responsible for the definition and execution of USANA’s BI strategic vision. You will lead a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data warehouse. The team will also manage our Snowflake and Tableau platforms, providing robust self-service and standard reporting capabilities to the company.

What You Will Do as USANA’s Executive Director of Business Intelligence

Oversee the design and implementation of data models, schemas, and pipelines to enable efficient data collection, storage, and retrieval in Snowflake, and lead the development and application of ML models used for targeted marketing efforts.

Manage development and maintenance of the Snowflake data warehouse.

Oversee the data security and compliance with data privacy laws.

Responsible for taking the portfolio of analytics for each department and providing clear, actionable, and forward-looking insights for the business leaders.

Tasked with developing current report-building employees to strategic analysts to provide insights and analysis for USANA’s corporate departments (marketing, sales, operations, etc.) and global leaders.

Leads the design efforts for corporate reporting solutions including the design of global dashboards and scorecards and is the evangelist for driving adoption globally.

Drives continued development of AI and predictive analytics models to identify consumer opportunities and improve customer retention activities.

Responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of all reports including financial, marketing, sales, production, and state reports as requested by functional areas.

Supervises budget management, workforce allocation, and team development.

Background and Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field.

Proficient in a variety of computer applications (i.e., Microsoft, SQL Navigator, MicroStrategy, and operating platform software).

Must have 10 years of experience in data warehousing and/or business intelligence and analytics.

Advanced SQL Server and/or Oracle experience required.

Experience with data security policies, and privacy regulations such as PCI, GDPR, etc. desired.

Knowledge of Master Data Management methodologies and tools like Informatica desired.
